Import Duties & Customs Fees:
Orders under $800 USD: Most shipments qualify for "De Minimis" value and WILL NOT incur US customs fees.
Orders over $800 USD: May be subject to US Customs duties and taxes. The recipient (you) is solely responsible for paying these fees directly to the carrier (DHL/FedEx/USPS) upon delivery. We cannot predict or pay these fees.

Order Processing & Tracking
Processing (1-3 days): Your order is carefully checked, packaged, and prepared for export in China.
Shipment Notification: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking number and carrier link.
International Transit: Track via carrier links. Note: Updates may pause for 2-5 days during customs clearance.
US Delivery: Final leg handled by USPS/FedEx/UPS within the USA.

Important Policies for International Orders
Address Accuracy: Triple-check your US address. Incorrect addresses cause 30+ day delays. We cannot reroute packages once in transit.
Customs Declarations: We accurately declare all items and values as required by US law. Falsification is illegal.
Prohibited Items: None in your order. We comply with US import regulations.
Peak Season (Oct-Jan): Add 7-14 days to all estimates.
Contact Window: Report lost packages within 30 days of shipment date.
