Here's the magic: You describe an item you want (become a "Picker"), our team hunts it down in China and presents it to you for approval. Once you give the thumbs-up, we list it. Every time someone buys your find, you earn 10% of the sale! It's a win-win: you get unique goods and earn rewards, shoppers discover amazing finds.
What exactly is a "Picker"?
A Picker is YOU – our community member with great taste! Anyone who submits a product idea we successfully find and list becomes the "Picker" for that item. As the discoverer, you earn a 10% commission on every sale of that product. It's your reward for spotting something awesome!

How do I become a Picker and submit my product idea?
Easy! Just go to our ["Contact US" Page] and tell us as much detail as possible about the item you're dreaming of (name, description, purpose, materials, colors, size). The more details, the better our hunt! You'll become the official Picker for any item we find based on your idea and you approve.
What kind of product ideas can I submit?
We focus on physical goods within our categories (e.g., Home & Garden, Tech & Gadgets, Fashion & Accessories, Pet Supplies). It should be something manufacturable, If you're unsure, submit it anyway! We love creative ideas.
What happens after I submit my idea?
Our sourcing experts spring into action! Typically within [3-7 business days], we'll email you with potential matches found in China. This email will include product photos, specifications, price (including estimated shipping cost to the US), and our quality assessment. You review it and tell us: "Yes, this is it!" or "No, keep looking."
What if the product you find isn't quite perfect?
We strive for the best match! If it's close but needs minor tweaks (e.g., a different color), let us know – we might be able to request it from the supplier. If it's significantly off, simply say "No." You can provide more feedback to help us refine the search. While we aim to find your match, we cannot guarantee success for every request.
How long does it take for my approved product to be listed?
Once you give your final "Yes!", we work quickly to get it live. Your unique find is typically listed on the site within [1-3 business days]. We'll notify you when it's up!

How much can I earn as a Picker?
This is the exciting part! For every single sale of the product YOU discovered and approved, you earn 10% of the item's sale price! (Example: If your awesome gadget sells for $50, you earn $5!).
How is my commission calculated?
Commission = (Final Sale Price Paid by Customer) x 10%. Important: This is based on the actual price paid for the item itself. It does NOT include:
* Shipping fees charged to the customer.
* Sales tax collected.
* Any discounts or coupon amounts applied to the order.
When and how do I get paid my commissions?
We value your contribution!
* Payment Schedule: Commissions are calculated monthly. All sales from Month 1 (e.g., January 1-31) generate commissions payable after the end of the following month (e.g., Payout in March). This allows time for order processing and potential returns.
* Payment Threshold: You must have at least $10 in accrued commissions to receive a payout for that period. Unpaid balances roll over.
* Payment Methods: We pay securely via PayPal. There will be more ways in the future.
What happens if a customer returns the item I discovered?
If a customer receives a full refund for their order, the commission you earned from that specific sale will be deducted from your pending or future earnings. We ensure commissions are only paid on successful, finalized sales.
Are my Picker earnings taxable?
Yes, earnings are generally considered taxable income. We are required by US tax law (IRS) to issue a Form 1099-NEC to Pickers whose total earnings reach $600 or more in a calendar year. You will receive this form by January 31st of the following year for tax filing purposes. We recommend consulting a tax professional for advice on reporting this income.

Where do these products come from? How is quality ensured?
Every product starts as an idea from a community member like you (a Picker)! Our expert team then sources it from vetted suppliers and factories in China. Crucially, the Picker who requested it personally reviewed and approved the exact item before we list it.
How much is shipping and how long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item's size/weight and your US delivery address. You'll see the exact cost before payment.
Delivery Times: Products ship directly from China. Please allow approximately 10-20 business days for delivery after your order is processed. This is an estimate – actual times can vary slightly due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays. Tracking information is provided.
